Ben is an avid outdoorsman that has found ways to combine his  the outdoors with his career for the last decade. He has worked all over the outdoor industry as a ski instructor, wilderness guide, and fly-fishing guide. Ben has a B.S. in Wildlife and Fisheries Biology from the University of Vermont, which, along with his professional experience in the outdoor recreation field, makes him an excellent fit with Freestone Aquatics. Within his role, Ben is responsible for overseeing fisheries management, stocking, and overall maintenance of the Flyfish Colorado properties, as well as, serving as the primary point of contact for the outfitters that guide these properties.Ben’s degree in fisheries biology aids him in coordinating with property owners to create and maintain fisheries management plans that maximizes both quality of fishing and the health of the ecosystems. In addition to his love of fly-fishing, Ben enjoys skiing, cooking, and most of all, hunting.
