The North Fork/South Platte River Foundation began as a grassroots movement in the North Fork of the South Platte River drainage.  Principles of Freestone Aquatics, Clint Packo and Luke Kelly, were cofounders in the creation of this important foundation, and they are both currently on the Board of Directors aiming to further improve the environmental conditions in the area.
